I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with ten years of experience in the counseling field. I currently teach psychology courses online for a local university. I am a practitioner in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), an empirically-based method of trauma-informed care, and spent several months as a foster mom. I have owned a home bakery since 2018, which specializes in gluten-free and dairy-free baked goods. During this time, I have also learned to work with customers who have additional food sensitivities and restrictions. From both an educational and personal experience viewpoint, I am able to serve as a guide through the connection between brain, body, food, and emotions in my clients' journeys of healing.
